B&B Accommodation Facilities
Coogee B&B offers private self catering apartment accommodation with it's own entrance and no shared areas. The apartment also includes secure, off street, under cover parking.
The self catering apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment with a separate lounge area, well appointed kitchen and recently renovated bathroom. The apartment has very high ceilings and pedestal fans to ensure lovely cool conditions during summer. The apartment also offers a climate controlled gas heating system to keep the apartment cosy during the short winter months.

Main Bedroom
The main bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with electric blanket as well as a remote controlled TV and DVD player.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom offers a double bed and large single bed, both with electric blankets. The second bedroom also has a remote controlled TV & DVD player.
A full sized cot is also available at no extra charge for visiting babies.
Lounge Room
The lounge room offers spacious, comfortable living. It features Foxtel TV, DVD and CD players as well as a computer with broadband access. Document printing and fax services are also available on request.
The lounge room also contains an interesting library of books and a variety of board games, jigsaw puzzles and card games.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well appointed - offering everything you may need to prepare a meal for yourself or the family. It also includes a microwave oven. Tea and coffee making facilities are of course, also available all day.
A high chair is available for families with a baby or toddler.
Bathroom
The recently renovated bathroom is bright and fresh. A ceiling heater ensures that the room is quickly heated through the winter months. A hair dryer is also available.

Aged or Disabled Guests
The bed and breakfast is on level ground and is very suitable for the aged or disabled using walking frames or wheelchairs. There is ample room for a wheelchair to manoeuvre around the apartment and alongside the beds.
The bathroom, although it does not fit a wheelchair in it, does have handrails, a hand held shower and non-slip tiles on the floor. During the winter months, the ceiling heaters keep the room comfortably warm while you are using the bathroom. A shower chair is available on request. Parking for mobility scooters is available.
Smokers
Due to health regulations smokers are asked to smoke outside. The covered front verandah is the designated smoking area for the apartment. Comfortable seating is provided for smokers to relax as you enjoy a cigarette. Ashtrays are provided.
Local Attractions
Coogee Bed and Breakfast is within easy walking distance of beautiful Coogee Beach and Coogee Bay Rd where you'll find a vibrant beach side shopping area with many cafes and restaurants.
Minutes by car are Sydney Cricket Ground, Royal Randwick Racecourse, The University of NSW and The Prince Of Wales Hospital Campus. Coogee B&B is also conveniently situated only 15 minutes by car from beautiful Sydney Harbour, the CBD and International Airport.
For the sports enthusiasts, tennis, fishing, scuba diving, surfing, croquet, lawn bowls and ocean swimming pools are all within walking distance.
For the less energetic, the walk to the beach is a comfortable 10-15 minute stroll. Or take a walk through 'The Gully' a rainforest, about 100 metres from the Coogee B&B. A timber boardwalk allows access from the gully floor up through the canopy of the trees. It contains the last remaining open creek left in the eastern suburbs of Sydney and is home to many native plants.
To enjoy some nightlife, or an inexpensive meal, there are many cafes and a number of clubs, bars and pubs within walking distance to the B&B.
Catholic and Anglican churches and a Synagogue are all within easy reach of our bed and breakfast.
