Coogee Accommodation Rates

The Coogee Bed and Breakfast accommodation rates are as follows:

Low Season From $160 - $270 p/n depending on the number of beds required.
High season or Special Events From $240 - $350 p/n depending on number of beds required.
Cot Free
Pets $5 per pet per night

Please Note:
Accommodation discounts are available for guests who stay three nights or longer and also for those who choose to self cater. Please contact us for more information. The tariff includes a generous hamper including fresh local products for guests to prepare a delicious breakfast.

Arrival and Departure

Check in from 3pm.
Check out by 11am.

We are happy to accommodate an earlier check in or later departure should you require it. Please let us know when you're booking and we can come to an arrangement.

Deposit

To confirm your Coogee accommodation booking and secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost to be made on booking. Please note, your booking will not be secured without this deposit. The outstanding balance will be payable on your arrival.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non refundable unless you provide 14 days notice prior to the date of your arrival.

Early Departure

If you change your plans and leave before the specified departure date you will forfeit your payment. The accommodation will have been held in good faith for the number of nights requested and other enquiries will have been declined for that period.
